Please allow up to 3-7 business days of processing time before shipping or personal pickup. All packages are shipped with a tracking number.
Duties & Taxes
For orders within the European Union, Value Added Tax (VAT) is already included in the final price.
For all other countries, local taxes or customs duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any additional fees imposed by your local customs authorities.
If a shipment is refused by the recipient due to customs fees or taxes, the package may be returned to the sender or discarded by the carrier. In such cases, the order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.
If your package was lost by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for the loss. However, you’re welcome to contact us at info@nowma.co — we’ll do our best to help ensure your order reaches you. Please note that we do not offer refunds for lost packages.

Returns
Returns are possible if the underwear has not been used. If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at info@nowma.co, and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.
We can consider exchanging the product for a different size and also review any requests individually. Please note that items that do not meet hygiene standards, such as underwear, cannot be returned.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet our return criteria. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
