Please allow up to 3-7 business days of processing time before shipping or personal pickup. All packages are shipped with a tracking number.

Returns
We accept returns only for damaged goods or incorrect orders. Returns are possible if the underwear has not been used. If you need to return a product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at info@nowma.co, and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.

We can consider exchanging the product for a different size and also review any requests individually. Please note that items that do not meet hygiene standards, such as underwear, cannot be returned.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet our return criteria. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
